WATER HAIKU
I have always been fascinated by details revealing to me a hidden dimension of natural environments. This series draws inspiration from my concern with displaying natural ephemera while highlighting my desire to hold onto nature’s evanescent treasures. I use black, white and soft neutral ‘abstracted’ tones in order to strengthen the sense of quiet mystery of the ‘fragments’ highlighted, reflecting a melancholic feeling.
